We strive to ship in a timely manner. However, due to the fact that our products are made to order, please allow 10 days for orders to ship from our factory. USPS Priority Mail can take up to three additional days to be delivered, depending on location. Fedex Ground may take up to five business days.

Return and Exchange Policy
We just know you are going to love your new Luxury Therapeutics Hot Cold Therapy Products! However, in the event you wish to receive a full refund, please return items in original condition and packaging within 30 days from date of receipt. We cannot accept opened products. We will process a credit on the same account to which your purchase was originally made.
We will absolutely replace any product that is not what you ordered or has been damaged during shipment. Just contact us and we’ll get you a replacement immediately.
